JEAN-DAVID KOUASSIGAN
My two passions are cultural diversity and international business development.
I combine these areas of expertise to act as a bridge across business cultures so that organizations can thrive globally.
Jean-David is a DTC global partner. He is an intercultural trainer and management consultant with two decades of “Northern Hemisphere – Southern Hemisphere” experience. He designs and delivers impact driven facilitation sessions for businesses and non-profit organizations operating globally.
A third country individual raised across West Africa and Europe, Jean-David has lived and worked in over 25 countries. He is as comfortable engaging with field staff in the busy streets of Nairobi as facilitating sessions with C-level executives in a New York corporate office. Over the last 10 years, Jean-David has applied his management and facilitation skills in numerous industries including agribusiness, health, sport, technology, and international trade.
He has delivered training and facilitation sessions for non-profit organizations as well, such as FHI 360, Worldreader, and UNESCO, and global companies such as Roca, Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and the Spanish football league. Prior to these engagements, Jean-David held management positions in business development and training at Phillip Morris International and served as Market Research Executive at GfK in London.
In academia, Jean-David has delivered courses on intercultural communication and leadership at the Center for Intercultural Education in Madrid, Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and at the Geneva Business School.
